Default new game of "what is this"...

I found something attached to my front axle shaft on the passenger side. it looks to have 2 vaccum ports and an electrical line... the vaccum ports look clogged.... just wondering what this is...

its the vacum actutor for your axle,if it plug or not connected you will have no 4WD

ok... can I get new vaccum ends?? they fit really loose
