here is a picture of 4 new 31x10.50 15 goodyear duratracs i just bought for my 99 2 door. i fgured id measure them before mounting and guess what.....they measured 30.3 inches. kinda small, id figure they would be something like 30.8. this is just for reference

on another note i do have a question. my battery gauge tends to move slightly left and right. nothing drastic. its typically over 14. i do have a voltometer reader in my cigarette lighter and it typically reads between 13.8 to 14.5 volts. and it fluctuates constantly. i do have a new battery. any thoughts?

 

When you inflate a tire the O.D. increases in direct relation to the pressure.

 

how much were the tires each? rims?

 

i got the tires off tirerack. all 4 were 704 but goodyear was giving a $60 mail in rebate so thats gonna be $644. the wheels were from summit racing. they are like $68 bucks each

13.8 - 14.5 is an acceptable range for the charging system. It fluctuates depending on how many accessories you run, alternator output, engine RPM, etc.

 

X2. That's the range you should expect to see from a healthy electrical system. Congrats on the new donuts. They'll get bigger when you pump'em up

 

Thanks guys. I'm gonna put these on with lift. Then I'll take pictures and post. I've done too much searching and there's barely any pics of 97+ 2 doors on 31s with no lift

 

ok got the new 31x10.5 15 duratracs mounted up on the 15x8s and guess what...... they still measure out 30.3 inches in height. and thats with air in them. i know a few people replied that they would balloon up when inflated but they didnt. i guess thats good since im going to try to mount these on my jeep with no lift. This is just for reference only
