NEW COLUMN
Has anyone here every tried to put cruise control in their xj that didnt have it to start with? I need to change out my steering column because the tilt is broken and i was thinking of trying to put in a column with cruise but i didnt know if it would be a major PITA or not.

i put a tilt column in my jeep from a limited with cruise.
i connected the cruise clip, but it didn't do anything.
there may be something else to do also, but i'm not sure.
other than that, the column is the same, no issues.
