Default New 3000 watt power converter

So i just got a 3k watt power inverter. I plan to install it and run default outlets, 2 int eh rear, 2 in the middle "back seats" and 2 in the front. also i think i might cust out a section in my rear bumper and install at out door outlet there.

Know anyone who has done this?

I got the 3k so i can run a air compressor with no issues. I do have a generator but id rather use this. so far i have some sick ideas.

Post pics if you have a inverter installed or what people did.

Are you going to have a dedicated battery for the inverter?

i put mine under the rear seat in that tub area but my plugs were built on to the inverter which most are i just opend it up pulled them out and ran longer wires and cut some holes with a dremel like the inverter had and just put them in the glove box looked pretty factory and was more convenient

Ya i seen his before i do not like the idea of using ext cord like that. Im going to be installing like 4 different outlets in different areas. I will take pics as it gets installed.

I wouldn't be comfortable with AC current running throughout my Jeep. I just run one extension chord to the front if I need it and only have two sockets very near the inverter. May I ask what brand of inverter you got? I've been considering a 3Kw to run power tools...

So it turns out that the inverter i got did not work. So I sent it back and got me a Cobra CPI2550 2500 watt with a 5000 watt peak. I will post pictures as I install on the way.

Here is how I did mine.
installed the inverter under the back seat, put an outlet in the cargo area, also put an outlet in the consul by the parking brake. I also moved the switch that turns on the inverter and put it on the dash (so I can turn it on and off without lifting the back seat.
