Default No fuel

I have a 1990 4.0 jeep cherokee that isn't getting fuel, I changed the fuel pump and fuel sensor as well as the fuel filter and some fuel line, but it doesn't seem to help much. It seems to have pressure at the fuel rail, but hardly any fuel gets there, just in spurts it seems and those are far apart, there is no electrical issues I can find except for a possible break at the fuel pump where I rewired it but I really doubt it.

I am sorry for this ramble, but I want my jeep to start running again.

Oh and there is gas in the tank in case you are wondering

Plugged injectors, or failing injectors? I had to do mine on my 89 and they were so terrible black gunk built up on all the flow nozzles

So youve changed the inline filter? Is that backwards? They wont work backwards. Also did you change the in tank screen?

there is a fine screen that goes over the pump intake and is easily clogged by running empty, and it need to be changed when you change the fuel pump. It is quite common for people to replace the pump over a clogged screen
