Is that a radial crack running out from the center? Check your oil. Put a drop in your palm and see if it is thin enough to run, "capillary" out lines. Flue in oil=vapor. Vapor passes bushing into dizy-cap+spark=(photo#1).

Believe it or not I've had this happen too. I was running w/o a muffler when it went and started to fire weird, scared the living you know what out of me. Never did figure out what caused it tho, just put on a new cap and rotor and its been fine for the past few thousand miles. I wish I had taken pics of mine because the metal tab that broke off the rotor sheared off 1 of the contacts on the cap and then spot welded it too another haha.
