Default neutral and idle are fine but....

When I throw my heep in 1st gear it bogs down a lot and seems like its not getting fuel, but its ok when I'm in neutral, 1 of my fuel lines look like it got pinched a little so I'm gonna replace that I just wanna know why it idles fine and if I give it gas in neutral its still ok

Because at idle and in neutral there is no load on the ignition system or fuel system like there is wITH a load.

If you fix the kinked line and you still have the same problem check the fuel pressure at the fuel rail with a mechanical pressure gauge.

It ain't the ECU. How old are your cap, rotor, plugs, and wires?
