I don't think i got over 20 in any Jeep i ever owned. My current 01 lifted and stroked on 31's can get 18 or 19 on 200 mile run pure highway. Average 15-16 mixed driving 14-15 strictly local in town

Neglected Nellie

I was just plain stunned when I ran the numbers. I had to check it twice to be sure. I have never been accused of dawdling along and have the tickets to prove it!

The only thing I can imagine is that Nellie was severely neglected (I.E. no ATF showing on the stick and what was there after adding two qts looked like chocolate pudding when drained) , likes clean oil, ATF, coolant, etc, doesn't want to go back, and REALLY wants me to keep her. LOL

Unrelated, should I replace the brake fluid when I install the new ABS sensors? I vaguely recall some special procedure for bleeding ABS brakes.
