Don't post facebook links please. Use Photobucket, tinypic.com, etc.

its a drag link ( for steering) since u need a new one might as well upgrade and snag one off a ZJ Grand cherokee for like $10 from a junkyard

It's a tierod not a drag link. The the drag link comes off of the pitman arm to the passenger side knuckle. then the tierod connects the driver side knuckle with the drag link.

I uploaded the pic for you.

I might be wrong but the ZJ and XJ tierods, I think, are the same thickness...

heres what i have after i caught mine on a rock

Yep no prob. Its easy to install if you have the tools, and after you will need an alignment.

The XJ and the ZJ with the 4.0 have the same tie rod which is a hollow tube made of rolled sheet metal and prone to bending offroad with oversized tires. The V8 ZJ tie rod is a solid steel unit and is much stronger than the XJ piece. It also has thicker stronger tie rod ends and is a bolt in swap requiring no modifications for installation.

I hope you at least filed a police report. sometimes your ins company will cover hit and run damage if you show them a police report proving it.

go ahead and fix the damage. lift your rig about 8 inches, throw on some 44" tires, go find the person that hit you and crawl over his ride.
