Brought near perfect 91 XJ up to NJ where they salt the roads. The plastic that fits above the tires in the wheel wells is cracking up and falling out and I want to replace all 4 of them to prevent rust.

Does anyone know what these are called and where I can purchase replacements?

I was in a wreck a few months back and when i went to the body shop to get a quote for the wonderful non paying Mercedes driving doctor, i asked about these because i needed some too and they were like 70 bucks plus labor for an install so if these truly fit and work this is a deal.
P.S. he hit me in my front quarter panel and bent it and my bumper brackets and i got a quote for 1700 and now its not his fault after he admitted it at the scene to the police officer.... FML
