Ok firsts thanks for every ones respose. Today I pressure tested the rad in place, and it for sure has a small leak but the thing that I don't understand is that even though the system is full I see no fluid coming out. I pumped the system up to about 15 psi and the pressure drops fairly quickly. If you put your ear up to the rad you can destincly here the leak coming from the lower passanger side of the radiator (but it sounds like a puncture in a tire. Just know fluid.) If I drive the car, then after say about 15 miles you can visably see antifreeze dripping from the passanger side lower right. Just can't see were Question is why dont I see fluid leaking after using the presssure tester. CHEERS redbond4

In a nutshell, their lifetime warranty requires the radiator to be installed by a professional (meaning you have to pay a mechanic and keep the invoice), and the invoice also must show that the mechanic put in the coolant for you, too. If you installed it yourself or can't prove you put the "proper" coolant in they'll refuse your claim.
