Saw one time where sumbody cut out old rusty rockers and replaced with square tubing. Need sum pics and specs please. Thanks

Are you talking about putting square tubing in there strictly as a replacement, or using them as rock rails?

Here ya go.

The ones I made are totaly bolt on, made from 2x4 tube and capped at both ends. I sealed all the seams to the body with black RTV.

There is also another write up out there about using rectangular steel tubing as rockers and also as air storage tanks for an onboard air system. seems like modding them into air tanks is only a few steps more than normally making them so if you have onboard air or are planning on adding it later this may be something to look at.
