I got A 1991 Cherokee 4.0 manual trans. I recently changed the radio and my dash and tail lights won't work I checked the wiring in the back and when I put power to the orange and black wire (radio or dash luminous) and tail light work and dash also. All fuses are good but one and that's for the instrument panel no power on both sides but when I connect the orange wire it has power.. Don't know what to do now any help will be nice thank you

 

I Tryed cleaning out the fuse block connecter the one that's on the firewall attached to the fuse block under dash.. Nothing still

 

Does any on have a wiring diagram for behind the fuse block

i Tryed two brand new switches already same thing when I connect the orange and black wire to power it powers my parking and dash lights but the aftermarket radio dosnt have for a dimmer wire to connect the orange wire to

 

Replacing switchs and checking for power in and out of switch too different thing.

 

I'd be leaning toward the last work done. Unplug the radio and see if it still happens
