Default need help to soften and quiet the ride

I have a 99 xj with a 3.5 re sf. the ride is too stiff and jostles the crap out of me and also squeaks like mad! If I spray the springs and shocks with lithium, it stops the squeak for about a week, but the ride still sucks. I have talked to a couple shops and can't get much god advice. The last one suggested the front coil springs might be too stiff. Anybody have any ideas?

Thanks.

3.5" on the stock arms? There is your problem. Every bump gets transmitted right into the uni-body because of the angle of the lower control arms. Lessen the angle and the ride will be less harsh.

X2 on the air pressure. That's a big factor. Let some out and you'll see lol.
