Default Need help reverse lights won't work

I have been trying to get my reverse lights to work and can't get them to turn on I have installed new bulbs, changed the fuse I have even tried wiring separate lights to it and still get nothing, so any thoughts on what I should try doing next. Every thing else works in the taillight just no backup lights.

Could also be as simple as a blown fuse in the "trans" slot of the fusebox.

Also supplies power to the notorious shorting Power/Comfort switch.
