I have a 98 Cherokee Sport 4.5" old man emu lift, 30" wrangler tires with stock exhaust system and am thinking of upgradeing it to get a little better fuel and power out of it. What would you guys recomend for my jeep? thanks

I put stainless on all my cherokees. I went to my local recycling center and got 2 inch scrap stainless pipe cheap. I then ordered a ss cat and Borla ss mufler from Jegs. I had the local muffler shop do the fab work(cost about $45 per jeep) I had him cut the old pipe just under the vehicle and if their was an O2 sensor in the line, we made up a short piece of pipe with a bung welded in it and added it to the line. He then welded things together when he had everthing fitted. The cat and the muffler ran me around $221.00 shipped.

If your looking for better fuel economy, change yer injectors.. I noticed a SIGNIFICANT change once I did mine. I'm running 31" tires and averaging somewhere around 15 MPG. and I have been driving like an animal lately...
