Try cleaning the fuel injectors, mine wouldnt start (again) last night. Checked-replaced most sensors (mas sensor, cps, tps etc) and I found out the hard way that my fuel injectors were the culprits.

Engine: 4.0 with 96 cam and 19lb.four hole injectors

Have you pulled all 6 plugs to see how they look? They can be helpful as to what is going on. Wet, dry, oil fouled, some wet and some not all point to different potential problems.
