It's in the harness with fog, rear wipe, rear defrost, outlet, hvac Controls, radio. I can't figure out what it goes too

What year? I just looked at a 99 and 98 and didn't see it. Wonder if it might have something to do with an infinity sound option.

Also my blower is not working, I'm pretty sure I have everything connected besides this one I can't figure out. Blower was working fine before I removed hvac unit. Does anyone have a diagram showing all the electrical grounds and the dash harness? I can't remember if I unhooked any grounds or not

Hmm, the 99 must have an actuator for the blend door rather than being cable driven like my 98. I'm not at home but I highly doubt my temperature switch has an electrical connection on it. Could this be for something else? Or is it just included in the harness and my model doesn't use it?
Any Ideas on the blower motor not working?

98 was the last model year of cable driven stuff in the HVAC. 99's all electrical back there.
Might just be the phone app sucking but can you post the wire colors on that connector?
As for the blower motor, on the 97+ models the **** switches the ground plane. Do the lights still work on the little module? On that large connector over to the left of the module you should have 4 heavy gauge wires that have 12VDC coming in. These represent fan settings 1-4. 4 is a direct connection to the blower motor, 1-3 are via the resistor under the passenger side dash.
Youve checked the fuse right?

Blower motor or resistor could be bad. I've had to replace the resistor in the air box twice but both times I had high only.
My 98 is a parts donor and is out in the barn at my sisters place. I'll check it out later this afternoon.

The colors match the connector on the 99 blend selector, must of been just added to the harness but not used in the 98.

The wire colors of that connector sure look like they match the colors of the electric temperature select control on the A/C Heater control panel of the 99+ XJ's (Dark Blue/White tracer, Red/White tracer, and Black). The 99+ wires at the black connector for the electric blend door actuator motor changed colors to Dark Blue/White tracer, Yellow, and Orange, after they pass through connector C209 - which may not be installed in your harness.
