My jeep pops out of gear while driving on the highway. I pull over and then it works again. Sometime the transmission will only work if I manually shift and then it works again. I have fluid, and have adjusted the kick down. What could this be? The tranny is just about a year old. when it works it works great.

My first guess would be low fluid, are you checking the fluid level with the engine running and warm. How many miles does it have, may be time to change the transmission filter, may be quite dirty. Good luck.

 

unless you installed it yourself I would recommend returning to where you had it installed. sounds like a hung up solenoid in the valve body
