Need help with 4wd drop bracket

i need to install a drop bracket for my 4wd to work smoothly and i took the the 2 bolts you see out. but the rod in the middle wont come out how do take it out

im pretture sure you have to take it off from the tc end also

ummm lol im not good with transfer cases idk what that is lol i think it should jsut pop out but its not

What drop bracket did you get? To remove the entire bracket you need to remove the driver seat and lift the carpet to access the bolts that hold the factory bracket! If what you bought lowers just the mounting point for the z-bar, then you can remove the bolts holding the trans to the cross-member and slide it over to remove the z-bar.
