Need help..

Jeep won't start .. It has power and the battery terminals are clean and tight but it won't even turn over .I just put a new battery I'n it like two weeks ago ..

If it's not even turning over I would start by checking the starter. At least that is where I would start.

The fuel system is pressurizing but when I go to start it the break check engine light stays on.. Also it doesn't even sound like the starter is not getting any power there's no click or anything .. I've tapped I'n the silonoid to see I'f if it was stuck open and that didn't help .. I'm goin to try to test it with a volt meter and see what I'm getting
