Flush your heater core. Or you have an air pocket

You should be using the stock 195 degree thermostat.

If you're not, you will not get good heat.

I flushed my heater core last weekend.

Heat went from barely warm to blazing hot in a matter of 10 minutes with a garden hose.

Its easy, and free.

Are you certain that the blend door is functioning properly?

Check your linkage from the control panel to the door lever.

So, u did the flush, burped it, checked the blend door and made sure u have at least a 180F t-stat? When u did the flush, was a good strong stream of water squirting out a heater hose? 'bout the only thing left is a possible weak water pump

When you flushed it , did you flush it opposite the way the coolant would normally go?
