Do they make an intake system for a 1988 xj? If so, where can i get one?

try this too, it's for 92 up, but workable, it comes with pretty much the largest open-ended filter... http://www.summitracing.com/parts/PSM-16-2912/ ...you'll have to plug up the vacuum hoses (mine only has one hose going to the airbox from the valve cover) or use a vent filter... http://www.knfilters.com/vent.htm
and i wrapped the rubber hose from the TB with DEI heat wrap... http://www.summitracing.com/parts/DEI-050503/

Is a 6X9 k&n too big to run in the 4L? And where can I find a front exhaust pipe?

if your looking for a intake.. why not make your own cold air/ snorkel?

Do yoy mean the exhaust manifold or the bent pipe in between the manifold and the CAT?

The manifold to CAT converter pipe, I have a leak in the exhaust.
