mysterious pop from front end during right turn

Lol on the camera... The u joints are new 760s.... I rebuilt everythings but the bearings and frame side of track bar. I worry something didn't go together right.... Maybe ill check the torque on the ball joints. I used moog heavy duty ones.... I know I pressed em in far enough...

Tighten up your track bar bracket mount to the frame rail. If they're slightly loose, you'll get a pop. It was so prevalent when the Jeeps were new that during the Pre-Delivery Inspection at the dealership we tightened them just so we wouldn't have to deal with it after a customer heard it.

Ok after this thread and a Google search I have a couple of definition suspects. I'll be going out to work on it in 45 minutes. Hopefully I will come back with a diagnosis and fix for anyone else that has this issue.

Will take 5 seconds to check the u-joints. It is possible that you put one in wrong (didnt get the retaining clip on correctly, messed up the needle bearings, etc) or that one simply failed. Theyre easy enough to look at and check.

They are in right however I did have a little issue relieving the stress on the ears with one and it was a touch tight. Thing is its just one POP. No series of pops or anything. Wouldn't the u joint continue to POP as it went around if it were binding?

I torqued the axle side a couple weeks ago thinking that would help. It didn't. I know the mount gets wallowed out sometimes but like I said its hard to tell cause it won't do it just sitting. The adjustment nut is cinched tight. I just hope it isn't the frame side..... I wonder if I can go down to orchard supply hardware and buy a new heim joint that will screw right in..... Thanks for everyone's input so far. I was hoping someone would have the symptom of only doing it when turning right, that should be a tell.
I still have little packages of hardware from OSH on the east side of San Jose BTW!!

Alright. Figured it out. Track bar isn't moving at all. It's my sway bar. I disconnected it and the pop magically went away. Now I have to figure out why its doing it
