At my wit's end trying to get my engine to start!
1999 jeep cherokee xj 4.0---
A few days ago I decided to wash my engine bay. Soaked the entire thing with a garden hose and a little simple green.
A day before that I took off and cleaned my throttle body.
After washing I started the engine and it ran fine, so I turned it off. Upon turning it on again it started to missfire and then stall out. At that point it stopped starting, turned on a check engine light, and now only turns but wont start.
Issue I've found: There is no spark to my sparkplugs.
I have replaced:
-Distributor cap, wires, spark plugs, oil sensor. I just bought a Crankshaft Position sensor. I tested the old one and it came up fine on the voltmeter, but I was told that it still can cause issues regardless.
EDIT: Have replaced coil, it was cracked!
I'm looking for some ideas as of what the hell is wrong, because I'm growing tired of just throwing parts into this thing and not getting any results. I've heard some theories that it could also be an issue with my TPS or IAC on my throttle body, but any input is appreciated.

usually no spark is from
1. bad cps
2. bad coil
3. maybe bad camshaft sensor, but unlikely
4. bad pcm
use the wire coming from the coil to verify spark, if no spark, check cps/coil/pcm
if there is spark at that wire but none of the other wires, check for bad plug wires, bad cap, bad rotor, bad plug

Under the cap and rotor is a plastic plate that is your pick-up coil need to check it too.

Just an idea since I have had those go out before with no warning.
