Default My seat is broken

I tooke apart the bottom of my drivers seat, and put it back together. I had to weld a peice on my 98XJs seat. Well i put it back together, and now the back is loose. On the inner side, the belt buckle side, its connected good, but on the other side, near the door, it is pivoting and loose in the upper part of the back of the seat where the bracket connects inside the middle of the seat. I will post a video later, but for those of you who understand, what could be causing this? How do i get the cover off the upper part of the seat to check?

There's supposed to be a spacer between the seat back and the seat bottom bolt hole attach point. When putting my seat back together I overlooked the spcer and had to disassemble the thing to put the spacer in.

Thanks for the quick reply. Actually i remembered the spacer. But whenever i took the seat apart, i was going to take the rear seat cover off and wash it. I got halfway done, realized it wasnt coming off, and pulled it back down. Now its loose on the middle area of the side of the back on the drivers side of the drivers seat. Like the bracket that connects may of came loose?

Isn't there hog rings holding all that fabric tight in that area. I didn't dick with my seat back at all so I'm not sure. I know the bottom is held together with hog rings.
