Shackle bolt lose but stuck
Okay so here's the problem, installing my new AAL and my whole underneath is rusty as a ****. When trying to get the back shackle bolt out, I got it loose but it seems like it's still stuck in the nut and won't come out. Any help would be appreciated.

There's somewhat of resistance when using my socket.. It feels like if its strip almost. You think the nut on the back broke the weld and that nut is spinning with it now?

Shackle bolts
Yesh, they can be a real PITA. I had the same and ended up going through the floor, enlarging the access hole so I could get a socket on welded nut... There are a ton of posts about it but that is how I got past mine. Front LCA bolt had froze metal sleeve inside the bushing...good fun there too.

Has the bolt backed out at all? if so it is prolly out of the nut and seized inside the bushing sleeve. If it's just spinning and hasnt backed out of the nut your going to have to get a wrench of it through an access hole

Bolt has not backed out at all. Took the rear bumper off but can't see a nut on the bolt so I'm stuck!
