Most all bolts on your XY are probably metric. I would guess a 13mm for the thermostat housing.
Your pulling issue would be a tire problem. You say the tires are junk and don't have any traction. The belts probably are shifting due to low tire thread. Move the two front tires to the other side and see if the vehicle pulls the other direction. If so its a tire problem and you need to replace them. If you took the XY back to the alignment shop and told them it's still pulling, they would swap the front tires to see if the pull moves to the other side.

OOOOOOK, so it was a minor wiring issue, not the battery. So, with that out of the way, I've taken several new pictures of potential issues. here ya go:
The first few are different angles of the parts on the right front suspension system and wheel/brake assembly. Any advice on what I can do to not make this so ugly, and possibly fix my death wobble/pulling issue would be wonderful.

ok, this continues my pictures of the suspension/wheel assembly. as well it includes a potential paint job on my wheels. As I was painting them, I realized a light coating a blue left a sky-and-clouds type effect on the wheel. What say my fellow Jeepers? Keep it or not?
And finally, my hinges on my doors. I went to go remove them, to discover that my hinges look nothing like the pictures I see on here in the threads telling how to remove them. WTF?

I just wanted to let you know that since you have had all the same problems that I have had, you probably have massive rust holes in your floor pans. Sometimes the truth hurts!

as far as your issues,
I can't diagnose your problems via pictures, but I will tell you:
1) your sway bar bushings are totally shot
2) clean up your front suspension/steering with a wire brush and cloths. Inspect for cracked bushings and linkage boots. You can paint components the don't move much to improve how they look.
3) starting issue is most likely a bad ground. Check the ones at the rear of valve cover to firewall, and battery (-) to fender, and clean the contact points so you see bare metal. Also remove the starter and clean the contact surface at the block really well.
4) death wobble is from suspension/steering slop. Most likely is your trackbar bushings have gone bad. Kneel in front of the jeep and have someone turn the wheel left and right while you watch. If the body moves side to side before the wheels turn, your trackbar needs to be replaced. Also possible are bad ball joints, or bad tie rod ends.
5) the pulling to the side could be bad tires, mismatched tire pressure, dragging brakes, or failing wheel bearing.
6) to simplify things with the heater control valve, you can eliminate it completely like newer cherokees did. Just run new lines directly from the thermostat to the heatercore.
I live in Laurel so if you get really stumped on something send me a message and i'll see if I can come over or at least point you in the right direction
