Ok so its definitly the tranny that is making noise
And hiccuping like crazy but not under acceleration

Sorry to hear you are having trouble with your Jeep. I hate spending money/time on repairs when there is so much I want to do to the rig.

Thanks guys gor all your help NOT! The nice guys over on cherokeetech.com helped me diagnose my problem to a bad iac. I cleaned it woth carb cleaner and wahlah. Its fixed
