Default Was my jeep botched?

I'm trying to replace the o2 sensor after the cat which is usually on the exhaust... but there's nothing there! it looks like they replaced the exhaust or something and they left out the sensor? i'm so confused. it's 2wd maybe its in a different spot?

I thought '96 up OBD-II had the after-cat O2....not '95 down OBD-I.

It SHOULD have only one. Most everything pre 1996 that was EFI, was single sensor. But Chrysler has always done strange things........
