I am running Ford 5.0 Mustang 19lb injectors in my MJ and it runs much smoother with these injectors. I threw the boxes away so I can't help with part numbers but they were bought by a friend who was the parts guy at a Ford dealership.

I did notice better acceleration and smoother idle with the 4-holed injectors.

Did you have to purchase the EV1 to EV6 connector adapters when you did yours? I noticed it recommended them for 99 up 4.0 engines. Also, did you notice any gain in MPG's? My primary reason for upgrading to 4 hole injectors if for fuel efficiency, I'm pretty satisfied with the power output.

I didn't have any adapters, just the plugs. I don't really watch my mileage cuz i'm lifted with superswampers so my mileage always sucks regardless of what I do to the motor LOL.

haha, yeah I imagine you wouldn't care to much about the gas mileage. Thanks for the advice though, my XJ is a 01 as well so I shouldn't need the adapters either.

either of these injectors wont fit on a 01... or 99+ for that matter... you can run the fuel rail from a prior 99 cherokee and may have to swap fuel lines down to the frame rail... the fords dont have a part number on them... has a ford symbal and II on them... they are yellow... i got the yellow fords from a friend for free... worked fine in my 89 cherokee setup and with m 96 setup... but swapped to the 01 intake and the 01 fuel rail wont work... if mine werent free i would have got the neons... found some in the JY even... Ebay has them cheap also... watched a set that nobody bid on for $10 go... like Zach said above they really dont go bad that often... and there easy to check...

Did you people NOT read the previous posts? There are two of us running ford 19lb injectors and did the swap without needing to get adapters. It is literally a bolt on upgrade. Same for the Neon injectors
The part numbers/type of injectors have already been listed twice for each different injector.
