Multiple codes and engine bucking... what to do

The majority of the time a P0138 is caused by the oxygen sensor itself. As long as your cat is bad, obviously you should install that as well while you're at it.

Get those two components installed and that should resolve your P0138. It is not likely related to the TPS or IAC.

Yah, but Im having the same problems Speeyo is having and I wasnt sure if a P0138 would cause that type of problem, Im not sure what it is if a P0138 isnt causing it. And from what im picking up If I unplug my IAC and my jeep runs fine then that is the source of the problem?

Don't get ahead of yourself. Install the O2 sensor and cat and THEN see where you are at.

One step at a time.

I replaced both of my o2 sensors and that solved my issue. Do you a check engine light on?
