Complete! Not smooth, but complete. Had two bolts strip (ones that go from seat bracket to floor). Had to tap them out. Bought too small of bolts (length) for bracket I made. Had to return them for longer.

In conclusion, much better! I did it at 3". Which is max in my opinion. I don't think you could go 4". But, I feel at 6'3 the 3" is fine. I have it at a little over 2" now. I am glad I did it!!

 

Update:

I took some measurements. Stock, the seat was at 19" from edge of seat to brake peddle. At 6'3 I have it at 21 3/4". Almost 3" back. Any further back (1/4"), and it would be too far. For me at least. So, 3" was perfect.

Grade 8 bolts used.
Each side was different on measurements.
But, more or less, 19 1/8" length, 2" wide, and 1/4" thick. Other side was 18 1/2" in length.
Factory stude was in the way of rail. I notched a small piece out. It now fits.
Primered it in black.
