I want to know which year/motors from other jeeps will just bolt right up in my jeep.Its a 87 Cherokee 4.0

you have a 4.0,the only engines that will be a direct fir is 87-90. I assume you mean direct fit is complete engine,intake,exhaust,dist,etc.
91 and above are not direct fit but the longblock will work.

i want another I6. If i was to use a 90+ what would i have to change
