Default motor swap

I'm doin a 94 swap into my 99 Xj what all would I need to Change so it would work? Do I have to replace the computer, trans, etc..

The 99 model year engine is the better engine, is yours not be rebuilt? If not I would search more for a 99 one.

I've got a 94 for 600 bucks so I'm jus building a stroker but my jeep has 115xxx and I'm using parts like manifold and intake on the new block

No need for electronics swapping. Think of it as a longblock swap and do it that way. Use your dizzy, flywheel, manifolds and sensors. Good to go.
