Motor grumbles
Howdy fellas,
So recently I've noticed something odd while stopped and in drive or 1/2/3. The motor makes what sounds like a low grumbling/ grinding sound, like 'mmmwoooowmm' (that's really what it sounds like) and I've also lost oil pressure. Not completely but the gauge jumps around like a modified on crack, it will go up to 40 psi but only after it had acceleration and is idling, then pressure shoots up to 40 then drops to like 15 then rests at 20. I also have a leak of oil somewhere, around cylindrical 2-3 because the passenger side of the motor is SOAKED. Any ideas about the symptoms other then the leak? I think I know where the leak is coming from.

Sounds like a a/c compressor clutch or pulley bearing. Switch the a/c on and off to see if there is a difference in the sound. Also take off the belt and rotate the pulleys by hand to hear or feel for roughness.

Sounds like a rough idle and busted/leaking oil pressure sending unit to me. First step is to find out where the oil leak is coming from, it's most likely that sensor. Then see about that grumble. (It may just want some cookies)
