Default Missing fuses & relay?

i picked up a 99XJ, low mileage for a good price. I haven't had any real issues with it (knock on wood). Popped open the fuse box, and i noticed i appear to be missing a few fuses and relays. From what i can tell, i'm missing the ABS Sol (20A fuse), and ABS motor (40A fuse). Also, i appear to be missing the ABS relay, and the fog light relay (the black boxes up top).

Is this anything to worry about, and do i not have a functioning ABS? The brakes have always felt a bit "soft" but i haven't noticed any issues with them in the month i've had the XJ. Any help is apprecaited, thanks.

Most likely neither were installed from the factory and you should check the brakes for air in the lines etc among other potential brake issues....

the braking in an xj is normally soft pedalled. every single on i have had. jjs200xj is right, you rig prolly had neither ABS or a fog light system installed from the factory.

Is there anything i can look for to see if i had/have ABS? It's a 99 Cherokee sport, not sure if that helps. I appologize if this is common sense to anyone else, the cherokee is my "learn to fix things on a vehicle yourself" rig....
