misfiring #6 cylinder

i got a 01 cherokee sport and the #6 cylinder is misfiring. i changed the plugs and switched the #3 and #6 fuel injector and it worked for 30 miles then the #6 failed again. whats next?

Coil Packs if you have them if not check your distributor cap,rotor,nipple, and wires.

Coil pack is suspect.

But so is the connection of the coil pack to the #6 plug and the connector of the #6 fuel injector.
