Misfire/little power
So im having some issues with my 1992 jeep cherokee with a 4.0 l6, i has just bought it yesterday and it had a really bad misfire. So i changed out the distributor cap ,rotor, plugs, and wires. It seems to run alot better and have a lil more power then it did. But still seems to be running a lil rough like as if its misfiring only in one cylinder? I checked all the wires and unpluged them and cant seem to find nothing to fix it? It is missing some vaccume lines from the breather caps on the valve cover and likes to blow white smoke out of the breathers also when i rev on it, any ideas?

I dont have the pcv hooked up to anything. I looked it over big time, found a couple vacuume hoses pluged off and about 80% of them not there. I also noticed it did not have an egr solenoid, so i orderd the solenoid and front and rear vaccume harness, should that probably do the trick?

Also figured out that the year on the title is differnt then the jeep its self, it seems to have a 1980's engine in it, the 1988 4.0 looks exactly the same. So i believe it need the emission system to run properly?
