My '01 Cherokee's mileage is HORRIBLE. It is not my daily driver, but I know I used to get 16-20mpg, but something has happened and I can barely muster 14mpg. I have about 130k miles. I have done some mods, but all were done well before my mileage took the plunge. Any suggestions on what I should do/check? I have never replaced my o2 sensors, so could that be all of it??? Thanks.

 

fuel injectors can be dirty?

 

exhaust leak/clog? tires?(pressure, balanced, etc)

check that stuff and maybe run some seafoam through your TB
