Default michigan xj needs help

Ok, so I have a 99 sport 4.0
RE 3.5 full leaf lift
After alignment steering wanders and pops when turning.
Things in front end I have changed-rustys adj track bar, steering stabilizer, both hub assemblies, pass side tre, and both ds ball joints

Also driveline vibes
I do have a t-case drop and 2* shims, angles are close but not perfect
Maybe get ds balanced?

Wandering is the caster needing adjustment. http://go.jeep-xj.info/ Pop is most likely the trackbar, make sure it is tight at the axle. Bolt hole may be wallowed out, ovaled out. Check the U-joints in the axel. Why did you change only 1 TRE, if 1 is bad they are all usually bad. Steering box may be going out.
Drive line may need more shim or less, don't say if you are high or low. Could be you need a SYE.

Im not a steering expert...

97+ models are known for vibes after lifts, they are also known for being a Beotch to figure out..

a SYE may be required if you cannot get it done with shims and the Tcase drop. BTW, Tcase drops are generally considered a "temporary" fix, or "Band-aide".

I doubt you would need to get your driveshaft balanced, they are from the factory.

this might sound stupid, but are your ball joints and tre greased? i have a 99 classic with 4.5" lift, angle shims on the rear end leafs and a 1" tc drop and it rides like a cadillac. it rode like a hummve before i put the tc drop on...

That may be an issue, as well as the caster as stated earlier. Here's how to check/fix your caster. http://go.jeep-xj.info/HowtoAlignment.htm
