Default Maximum Destruction on your XJ

I was wondering if anybody had good stories about breaking their XJ and completely putting it out of drivable till it got fixed. Here's my story. My "88" Cherokee had sagging rear springs and I kept it on my "when I get around to it " list. One day feeling a like beating the crap out of it I floored the gas and popped the clutch from a dead stop. And KABLAM!! I broke both rear springs in half broke the U-Joint bent both rear shocks and stretched a E-Brake cable and put a hole in the floor "from the drive-shaft" So I got out picked up my drive-shaft and pieces of springs off the road and put it in 4X4 and backed up the road into my driveway. I was lucky I could even do that with the rear wheels stuck in the fender wells. So enough about me. Anybody got MAXO DESTRUCTION stories?

Well it wasnt my fault but it got stuck in front of my driveway with the passenger side caliber siezed up so had to wait for it to unload somewhat and nurse it into the driveway. Oh and during this the rotor got so hot it caught the draglink greese boot on fire. lol

My sister rolled my 1997 RED cherokee a couple years ago. It was still driveable just a little crunched. She don't get to ride in any of my jeeps never again. But that was 3 cherokees ago so whatever. wish i still had it for the drivetrain for my Comanche

I took out thirty feet of guard rail and rolled into a 12' deep canal, dry fortunately. Completely drivable except for a hole in the radiator.

A guard rail took a bite out of my front end, bent the bumper to the point I couldn't make left turns (thankfully its was two more right turns to work). Took a come-along and straightened it out.
