ok, so the same thing was happening to mine, and i decided to get rid out of the first hose (the one closest to the grill) and i just put a small oil filter on it. they sell them at autozone for like $10 bucks i think. if you cant picture what im talking about, just think of an older chevy 350 and the little filters they have coming out of their valve covers. anyways i put that on there, replaced the pcv valve and its been good as new.

Every piston engine has blowby, its just a question of how much. You check by compression testing your engine, if its out of spec you have excessive blowby and pretty much need to rebuild your engine.

Mine did this, I grabbed the PVC setup off a 97 and put it on my 95 and haven't had a problem since. The 97 setup has a larger diameter rear line and doesn't clog like the earlier setups were prone to.

That probably wont work for him the valve cover design has gone through several iterations(even including a plastic one ) and I'm pretty sure that at least the re-94 have a different style CCV system than those that are later...it might've even changed in 96 when the OBD2 system was introduced. All I know is that the CCV system from 01 and 88 4.0 are different and not interchangeable without a valve cover swap...however if you have your valve cover already off, I'd highly recommend picking up one off a 97-up 4.0 and swapping that for your stock one.
