has anyone constructed one of these?

Does it work all the time? My 89 wagoneer ltd 4.0l is running rich due to up sized injectors and I just want to know if this would be the way to go or if it is necessary to advance the timing.
Also is there any alternatives to the parts listed? i'm having a hard time finding one of the voltage regulators around here.

i have seen map sensor adjusters.........but if you dont have a wideband or anyway to monitor your A/F ratio your asking for trouble. why do you have bigger injectors?

I put in injectors from an 89 mustang 5.0, thinking they were the same flow-rate because they were the same pressure, but obviously I was wrong. So what do you think would be the best way to fix? Advance timing? or should I just take the injectors out and go for stock sized ones?
