Default lower the gear ratio

hey, i got my 1995 jeep cherokee and id like to lower the gear ratio. My rear diff is welded so id like to get a lower gear but still drive it around town. Just wondering how much it would cost and wat gear i should go. I got 33 bfgoodrich mud-terrain with a 4inch lift

Shouldn't it be 4.10 with auto and 4.56 with stick due to slippage in the torque converter?

no that has nothing to do with it......the manual has a higher OD to help on the highway so you can get away with 4.10's.
