Default lower control arm loose

lower bolts under fender wobbled out kina oval i dont think this is good do i need to weldholse and start over or put plates ovr them .

I'd say both. First repair the oblong bolt hole, then once everything it back to spec, weld washers in on both outer sides as a reinforcement.

Or use some 1/4" plate and that is a problem you will never see again. Washers should be hardened if you use them. Most hardware ones are not hardened.

That's the upper mount for the LCA....

that is supposed to have a oval hole...

The shoulder area of the bolt is supposed to keep it from sliding back and forth.

There is supposed to be an adjuster inside the mount that keeps the LCA from moving. if there isn't one in there, get one at the JY.

The hole is that way so you can adjust caster angle when you do an alignment, the brackets talked about are not needed as long as that lower bolt is tight. Being the fact that the LCA is slopping around in that hole you may want to consider an alignment to get your caster back in spec.
