I have a 89 comanche thats rpms wont go over 250 and when given gas it bogs and back fires. Timing on, no miss fire but theres a load sucking noise throw the air box. Any help would be great thanks.

Maybe TPS needs adjustment. Haha, I've given this response a couple times today.. Alternatively, the o2's might need replaced. The symptom of sucking for air is known as running dead lean, meaning the fuel is all but cutting out.

Do you know how to adjust the tps and o2 and exhaust with new cat have been changed. What about blown intake manifold gasket.

blown intake will cause high rpm issues(you can tighten them back up if the gaskets not too bad,the ones in the back are usually the culprit). MAP will cause lots of black smoke and a rough run with backfire and low idle, if it will run at all (sounds like what you have going on). TPS will choke it out and die, it will start but die quickly or when putting in gear or coming to a stop, shares some symptoms with the MAP.

No black smoke or any color of smoke out of the exhaust and runs strong when started does not die but surges.
