Well I was bored tonight after work, I decided to do some tinkering on the jeep, here is a little video clip of it at idle. Since I have done all these tips on your list cruiser my jeep runs much better, also with the addition of the new motor but still haven't been able to shake this low idle problem before and after the new motor.
What is that ba ba ba ba poh ba ba poh ba poh exhaust sound? Is that how it is suppost to sound?

Tack out to lunch? That sounds closer to 1000 then 200..... Btw when the inside of that filter there on the VC gums up it will act like the RM seal went bad as crankcase pressure rises.

Is that soot on the inside of the tailpipe? Looks black. If so, you may be running a little rich.
On my jeep the 500 mark is just barely above 0, next is 750 and after that 1000 which is actually labeled. You can tell the intervals are 250 looking at the rest of the tach.
So I don't think they ever intended for you to be able to read/measure rpm <500 with the factory dash tach.

Better if it's not in the Metric mode, at least for those in the US.
Plugs, wires , rotor, and cap should be NGK plugs, cap and rotor with brass terminasl, and Napa wires.
Are your intake manifold bolts tight? .

Well I think I am going to get some new injectors the 746 give them a try. I been doing some reading and it seems some people with the Renix have problems with the 703 ( which I have and they are brand new)
