low/rough idle cherokee, need help

Tack out to lunch? That sounds closer to 1000 then 200..... Btw when the inside of that filter there on the VC gums up it will act like the RM seal went bad as crankcase pressure rises.

Okay thanks good to know It is temp until I fab up a peice of pipe for my intake with a nipple on it.
its close to 500-550rpm I checked it with a scanner a few weeks ago

On my jeep the 500 mark is just barely above 0, next is 750 and after that 1000 which is actually labeled. You can tell the intervals are 250 looking at the rest of the tach.


So I don't think they ever intended for you to be able to read/measure rpm <500 with the factory dash tach.

Better if it's not in the Metric mode, at least for those in the US.

Plugs, wires , rotor, and cap should be NGK plugs, cap and rotor with brass terminasl, and Napa wires.

Are your intake manifold bolts tight? .

The cap, rotar, and wires are from napa (brass) have 1000km not sure what quality grade it is tho i didn't order them, my buddy did who did the motor swap,
the plugs are champion (they have about 10 000km )

yup bolts are all tight

ill try to change the units

Well I think I am going to get some new injectors the 746 give them a try. I been doing some reading and it seems some people with the Renix have problems with the 703 ( which I have and they are brand new)
