Loud Noise----- Only when I turn A/C on?
So is there another belt, other than the main drive belt? It kind of sounds like a belt needs replacing..or a pulley going bad...dunno..I tried to isolate the sound, and thought I had.. I replaced the electric rad fan, but no dice. Now I have a new fan, but I also still have the noise. Like I said, it only happens when you turn on the A/C...

When you turn on the A/C it engages the clutch on the compresser, adding more resistance on the belt. Very common for a belt to squeal with the A/C on, when it needs to be tightened or replaced. So just check your belt to see if its tight, if so its probably time to replace it.

Replaced the serp, noise gone, but looks I'll be replacing the power steering pump soon.. Think that's what was causing the noise..
