Looking to restore front-end '00 XJ
Hey guys I'm new to these forums so please go easy on me. My Cherokee was stolen not too long ago and the cops recovered it, but the front-end got all busted up. Nothing vital was damaged, but it needs some cosmetic work as far as new fenders, grille, headlight, and signals. I was wondering if any of you guys know some good sites to get parts other than the local junkyards which I will be looking in anyway. Some other items I might need is a new lock cylinder (destroyed by a screwdriver) for both the driver side door and the ignition (destroyed by the same screwdriver). It seems like jeeps are easily stolen because my buddy, who happens to be a cop, tells me they are targeted frequently by car thieves. With that being said pointing me to good security system would be fantastic as well If pictures are needed they can be supplied in the morning. Thanks in advance.

You can either get your stuff from salvage yards or new aftermarket parts sellers.
Sounds like you did not have comprehensive insurance on your Jeep.
I like my Viper system from Best Buy that I have on my '92 XJ and '97 Silverado.

My Chevy truck had to have a $10 module extra. My Jeep didn't need one.

Just started my front clip swap. You need to have a lot of little clips that fit in the panel that screws go through. Youll need the headlight adjusters..luckily i was just swapping a busted panel out so i had all of em. Entire swap took like an hour..maybe 2
